Who we are
The Haven - Lafayette is a ministry that is focused on the betterment of our community and helping individuals move forward in life. Aside from occasional walk in assist, the majority of our services are provided to individuals working a forward movement program with us
We provide services such as, but not limited to:
- Life skills training for all ages.
- Assistance and support for elderly.
- Family assistance for single parents and struggling families in need.
- Community health initiative and Veterans support.
- Emergency food pantry and hygiene
- Counseling services.
- Job readiness and back to work programs.
- Community service projects.
- Addiction support.
- Partnerships with other local organizations and programs.
Our volunteers
Our ministry operates on a volunteer basis with zero paid staff. Each person offering their precious time to serve those that come through our doors does so because it is where their heart is.
Praise and Worship
On Sundays at 2:30 we hold praise and worship service. Throughout the week, we provide Bible studies as requested.
